I hope that all is well in your life. I just thought that I would tell you about TIC.
I found out about them through a friend of mine. They are the Investment Club and they cost you NOTHING….(which always makes me pay attention!!). The website is www.tic.com.au. Check it out. They help you find real estate and they have already done all of the homework so all that u have to do is decide which house you would like to buy.
